1. Overview

Aubin Archive (the "Store," "we," "us," or "our") is a digital storefront owned and operated by Aubin Woodworking, Inc., located at 359 River Rd, Bow, NH 03304, USA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of any digital products offered through the Store, including technical drawings, CAD files, project templates, guides, and other downloadable content (collectively, the "Digital Products").

By accessing the Store or purchasing any Digital Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the Store. By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts and Purchases

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at checkout, including a valid email address, as this is where your Digital Products will be delivered.

4. License Grant

Upon receipt of full payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the Digital Products for personal use and internal commercial projects (such as fabrication, construction, and design work). Unless expressly authorized by us in writing, this license does not include the right to:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the Digital Products;
  • Share files or download links with third parties;
  • Upload the files to any public or private file-sharing platform;
  • Use the files to create a competing product or service;
  • Present the Digital Products as your own original work.

5. Intellectual Property

All Digital Products and Store content, including designs, drawings, documents, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Aubin Woodworking, Inc. and are protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. The purchase of a Digital Product constitutes a license only and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.

7. Delivery and Downloads

Digital Products are delivered electronically via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your files, and we recommend keeping backup copies. If a download link expires or is not received, contact us at director@aubinwoodworking.shop and we will re-send it.

8. Professional Use Disclaimer

The Digital Products, including technical drawings and specifications, are provided for reference and guidance only. They do not replace project-specific engineering, architectural review, or professional judgment. You are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying all dimensions, materials, and specifications against actual site conditions;
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable local building codes, regulations, and standards;
  • Obtaining any required permits, approvals, or professional certifications.

Aubin Woodworking, Inc. is not responsible for construction, fabrication, or installation outcomes resulting from the use of the Digital Products.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Digital Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aubin Woodworking, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Store or the Digital Products. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Digital Product giving rise to the claim.

11. Refunds

All sales of Digital Products are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Store and revoke your license at any time if you breach these Terms. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Merrimack County, New Hampshire.
