Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Aubin Archive. This Return and Refund Policy explains our policies regarding returns and refunds for all purchases made through our online store.

1. Digital Products Only

Aubin Archive is a digital storefront owned and operated by Aubin Woodworking, Inc. All products sold through our store are digital goods, including but not limited to technical drawings, CAD files, project templates, guides, and other downloadable content. We do not sell physical goods; therefore, we do not accept physical returns of any kind.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, which can be copied and used immediately upon delivery, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered and/or the file has been downloaded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or products that have already been downloaded.

3. Exception — Defective or Inaccessible Files

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you believe a purchased file is defective, corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a working copy of the file, an alternative file format, or technical assistance. If we are unable to resolve the issue and provide you with a functional product, we will issue a full refund for that item.

4. Accidental or Duplicate Purchases

If you were charged twice for the same item or completed a purchase by mistake, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction and before downloading the product. We will review the situation and may issue a refund at our sole discretion.

5. Download Links

Download links are delivered automatically to the email address provided at checkout. If you have not received your link, please check your spam folder. If the link is missing or has expired, contact us and we will re-send it free of charge.

6. How to Request a Refund (Where Applicable)

To request a refund under the exceptions above, please email us the following information:

Order number
Email address used at checkout
Name of the purchased product
A description of the issue, including screenshots or error messages where possible

7. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the funds to appear.
