Aubin Archive exclusively sells digital products, including but not limited to CAD drawings, technical specifications, project templates, and instructional guides. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.

Because our products are digital, there is no physical shipping, no tracking numbers, and no delivery of physical packages to your billing or shipping address.

2. Delivery Method and Time

All Digital Products are delivered to you electronically.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery is instant. You will receive access to your purchased files immediately after your payment is successfully processed.
  • Delivery Method: An automated email containing a secure, unique download link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs

Since no physical items are shipped, there are no shipping fees or handling charges for any order placed at Aubin Archive. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.

4. International "Delivery"

Because our products are digital downloads, they are available for instant "delivery" worldwide. There are no international shipping delays, customs duties, or import taxes associated with our digital products, regardless of your physical location.

5. Troubleshooting Your Download Link

If you have completed a purchase but have not received your download link within 5 minutes, please take the following steps:
  1. Check your Spam or Junk folder. Automated emails with links are sometimes filtered by email providers.
  2. Verify your email address. Ensure there were no typos in the email address entered at checkout.
  3. Contact Support. If you still cannot locate your files, please email us at director@aubinwoodworking.shop with your order number, and we will manually resend your download link.
